It all began at a small station in his hometown of Ottawa, KS. Eric Bushman got his “radio hands?" dirty while still in high school, beginning his career at KOFO, serving as both Assistant News Director and Operations Manager of the station.
Eric joined NewsRadio 980 KMBZ in April 2004 as a weekend reporter/anchor at the age of 19, and recently graduated to Producer of Kansas City’s Morning News, as well as staying as an anchor/reporter during the Darla Jaye and Rush Limbaugh Shows.
Eric attended KU. His interests include music, playing piano professionally from time-to-time, he is intrigued by the Kennedy Assassination, and the US Space Program . He enjoys spending time with his daughter. |
