David Cook Mania has hit Kansas City full strength! The American Idol superstar is in Blue Springs Friday afternoon for a parade and concert at his alma mater Blue Springs South High school. About three thousand showed up for this morning's downtown show at the Power and Light District . Many bought T-shirts and other Cook memorabilia, proceeds go to the American Cancer Society. Cook's brother has brain cancer.
